The Veterinary Team
Nikki Williams, MRCVS qualified from Edinburgh University in 2001 and started work in Winchester at a mixed small and equine practice. For six years, she had been working locally in a small animal practice and then took the decision to open Crown Veterinary Clinic with her husband (Michael Taylor). Nikki is a keen horse rider and rides everyday; more recently she has enjoyed some success in local shows, competing in dressage, show jumping and cross country on her young horse Clyde.
Michael Taylor, MRCVS qualified from Edinburgh University in 2000 and started work in a mixed small animal and equine practice in Winchester with Nikki. He then moved to work in Surrey before deciding to open Crown Veterinary Clinic with his wife (Nikki Williams). Michael likes to watch rugby and enjoys DIY; you may often see him around the practice fixing things. When he is at home he likes walking his dogs Lilly and Treasure and spending time with his family.
Millie Bolton is our student veterinary nurse who completed her training in March 2017. When Millie is not assisting with the RVN's in theatre, she can be found looking after our reception desk, helping clients as they arrive with their pets. She has a Miniature Schnauzer called 'Alfie' who keeps her very busy. Millie is a big film fanatic and likes to keep up to date with the latest films.
Jayne Screech is our book-keeper working hard behind the scenes keeping the accounts in order. You may occasionally see her on reception, where she relishes the chance to catch up with clients and to make a fuss of our four-legged visitors. A busy mum-of-two outside work, Jayne is creative and likes to keep up to date with current affairs. In her 'spare time'(!), Jayne volunteers with the charity, WaterAid.
We all look forward to seeing you soon!
